The app provides study materials, practice quizzes, and AI-powered mock interviews to help users prepare for the US citizenship (naturalization) test. The app is an educational study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to USCIS or the U.S. government.
The app is a study aid. We do not guarantee that using it will result in passing the citizenship test. Test content, format, and passing criteria are determined solely by USCIS and may change without notice.
The app is free to download and use. Study materials, quizzes, and text-based mock interviews are available at no cost.
Voice practice sessions are available as one-time token pack purchases that never expire:
First-time buyers receive a one-time discount on their first purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. We do not process payments directly. Voice session tokens are consumable and cannot be restored once used.
Users referred by approved nonprofit immigration assistance organizations may receive a 30% discount on full-price token packs by entering a valid partner referral code. Misrepresenting eligibility or sharing codes outside of the intended program may result in loss of discount pricing.
The voice practice feature uses ElevenLabs, a third-party AI service, to simulate a citizenship interview. During a session:

USCIS civics test questions are public domain material published by the U.S. government. App design, code, AI configurations, and original content are the intellectual property of US Citizenship Test Prep.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate in all cases.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to failure to pass the citizenship test.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
