US Citizenship Test Prep ("we", "our", "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the app accesses, how it is used, and your rights.
We do not collect personal information. The app does not require an account, login, email address, or any personally identifiable information to function.
All study progress, quiz history, bookmarks, and settings are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.
The optional voice practice feature connects to ElevenLabs, a third-party AI voice service, via a real-time WebRTC connection. During a voice session:

Purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect or store your payment information, credit card numbers, or billing address. Purchase receipts are validated through RevenueCat, which acts as an intermediary with the app stores.
If you enter a nonprofit partner referral code to receive a discount, the code is validated locally on your device and stored locally. It is not sent to any external server.
The app does not currently include any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not use cookies, fingerprinting, or any form of cross-app or cross-site tracking.
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
